In H1’2018, imports via the terminal totaled 182,400 TEUs (up 27.8% vs H1’2017), exports - 192,000 TEUs (up 9% Y-o-Y). Imports and exports accounted for 49% and 51% of the terminal’s total throughput accordingly.
In the reporting period, the number of calls totaled 297 with average shipload of 1,200 TEUs.
Container shipments by railway transport accounted for 25% of the terminal’s total cargo throughput.
The terminal’s market share in Saint-Petersburg and Ust-Luga retained at the level of 2017 - 32%.
In the first half of 2018, ZAO Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg allocated RUB 6.6 million for its social and environmental programmes.
RUB 4.9 million was allocated for implementation of activities as part of the Company’s social programme. In the first half of the year, CTSP employees received compensations for medical services, health resort treatment, sports and leisure.
Besides, financial assistance was provided to socially troubled ones, on the occasions of child birth, retirement, professional and other holidays.

From the beginning of 2018, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC allocated RUB 10.7 million (EUR 143,000) under its social and environmental programmes.
The bulk of the amount, RUB 7.4 million (EUR 98,930), was spent for implementation of the Company’s social programme targeted at improvement of social and material position of the terminal employees. The programme covers compensations for medical services, health resort treatment, sports and additional payments to certain categories of employees.
